Red face Outcall Rates ???'s for DFW

I would like a general poll on this from both sides of the coin. As this seems to be important.
***Please remember when answering these factors: Time(which = $$$ haha), vehicle, gas, insurance, wear and tear on the vehicle, & finally the labor for loading and unloading a table.***

Providers:
1. Do you charge for outcall?
2. If you do charge: What is the method to your madness on how you decide cost? Depending on how far you travel?
3. Would you have the same hourly rate whether you did incall or outcall? Does the travel time not bother some people?
4. Is there a limit to the time you would drive out? Example: I don't think it would be a good ROI to drive more than 20-30 somewhere, since one has to drive back that same amount of time. Also depending on rush hour I would assume too...
[/COLOR]

Clients:
1. What are your opinions on paying more for an outcall? YAY or NAY, maybe even a why for the NAY
2. If so, how much would you think is fair to charge? Also does distance play a factor if you are asking a provider to come further than a 20-30 drive?

I was thinking about using the uber app or taxi rates...

Thank you for taking time to help me make a decision!!

I think it's fair for clients to pay more for an outcall. In life, people pay extra to make their lives easier. They pay to have someone deliver their pizza to their home. They pay to have someone clean their homes. I can keep going on.

In an outcall, a client just has to relax in his home until he hears the knock on the door. He doesn't have to get dressed, he doesn't have to arrange for transportation, and he doesn't have to worry about navigating unfamiliar places. He saves on time too because he doesn't waste any time on transportation. So I'm sure most clients will be willing to pay a bit extra for this convenience.

As for the rate, I would say +50 if it's within 20 miles. If the outcall is further than 20 miles, than it will only be accepted if the client is interested in a multi-hour engagement and willing to pay +100.

How does that sound, Anastasia?

^^^^^ Pretty much. And yes, depending on distance, +50-100 is pretty common. Sometimes providers who charge extra for outcall will waive the travel fee for a longer session. As with everything, do what works best for you.

If he is a regular, no extra charge for an outcall.

You do have to pay for gas but you don't have to pay for a Hotel room. You don't have to provide drinks or soap or hot water. All of these things cost as well. I can understand an upcharge for travel time but some girls charge 100 dollars extra per hour. That's ridiculous. Plus the fact that you are in a private home and not a cramped hotel room. I think a lot of times that a girl would make more profit on an outcall especially if it is a multi hour outcall.

I charge $50 for outcalls in Dallas and the surrounding areas, with a minimum of an hour visit. I think realistically it takes about 30 minutes to get anywhere in the Dallas area.

If I had to drive more than 50 miles, I would probably bump it to $100

What the hell does this mean? It's not like she's there, leaving and coming back to his location again, so why pay double outcall??

An extra $50 is reasonable. I don't want to have to pay for a driver, etc., but don't mind covering the cost of you driving yourself.

if you have to take UBER or Taxi I would want the of the cost add to my time
If I'm driving my own car in if it's with in a 20- 30 min drive then I would ad $50 on hr or if it 2-3 hrs might skip the fee . unless I need UBER or Taxi

outcalls when you have a nice hotel takes more time .. away form
incalls appt you may miss out on ...

Ohh, shit. Y'all have an excuse for every fucking thing y'all charge for.

Not paying for a room should NULLIFY outcall charges, unless you already have a room and the guy prefers you drive to him.

We have to fight the same ridiculous traffic to get to you. Why is it a big deal when you people (providers) have to drive in it!?

I've got a permanent incall so YES IT IS AN INCONVENIENCE FOR ME TO DRIVE IN DALLAS TRAFFIC and NO I'M NOT SAVING ANY MONEY ON OVERHEAD BY DOING AN OUTCALL.

Not being at my own well-stocked place can cause hassles, and don't even get me started on how difficult parking can be at some of the more upscale hotels if you're not a registered guest.

That being said, I charge $50 extra per session (not per hour) with a half hour minimum for anyplace on the Dallas side of the metroplex. If I have to drive to Ft. Worth I do a two hour minimum.

I feel this is fair for both myself and the hobbyist. It's an HUGE added convenience for them not to have to travel, and I feel fairly compensated for the travel time and any issues I have to deal with.

Excellent topic. I hope you find your happy spot on what to charge for outcall!

I have never charged for outcalls. My showcase has always stated that. I am located in a very centralized metroplex location so getting to most places doesn't take long. Outside travel clients flow, I get a change of scenery and it makes it exciting to be the one knocking on the door

Lets flip the coin minus the table:
Can clients use this same scenario/wording and deduct from regular rate when doing an INCALL?
