Well they have to do that. They've gone this far so in order for them to avoid looking like morons they have to push this scheme as far as they can. Once it hits the Senate it will get shot down. Of course the Democrats know that and they will blame Republicans in the Senate for not doing their job. It's easy to see how this will all pan out.
