I had a similar issue with CGS a couple of weeks ago.. got to the location for my apt.. texted them.. nothing. I finally hear back like a few hours later saying they had phone issues or something. I was eventually able to see Adela.. took more work than it should have tho LOL. I say give them another chance.

Might have been a bad day? Not making excuses for them... but more of a lets keep an eye and see if this type of response timing continues

I had an issue yesterday about it with Soda. I booked and was told to come an hour later then I just waited till 15 mins before and said I was there and not response after 5 mins passed with no response I left, but the booker did ring me back and resend the room information.

This was the first time I had an issue but everything worked out for me.

I have always had a good TCB response in the past.

I wouldn't give up as they are one of the better ones.

Im inclined to agree with you tiggold. Unless this continues to be a pattern.. at that point its worth considering moving on.
