The importance of ladies screening

I need to vent!!

Guys if a lady requires screening and you supply her with your references. It is not the ladies fault that you want to book with her and the screening does not happen as quickly as you wish. Either you have not given the proper info or your references just out right suck!!

So here is what I just had to deal with today. (My phone is next to me so I will be quoting exactly how the conversation went.)

So guy text me to book appointment. I ask for references. He gives me 3 (Names and numbers). I ask for handles and he tells me that they go by the same names and all but one are from Austin.

I reach out to the known ladies....guess what?? Their handles aren't popping up. So either they aren't real or he was leaving out part of their handles.

So here is how our conversation went..


Him: "so should I pass?"

Me: "still waiting"

Me: "send me the list again. So I can have it"

Him: sends me the list again

Him: "Don't know what the deal is but if your that worried then forget it I'll stick with the ones I have"

Me: Woo. Please do not be rude. I screen guys that I have not seen. If you cant respect that I wish you well.

Him: "You need to get over yourself you are not that special"

Me: "I will never get over the peace of mind of my safety"

Him: "Yea ok"

Me: "Good Day"

Him: Then sends a pic of 1k (100 dollar bills) and says "this is what you could have had"

Me: "I rather have respect than your money"


Needless to say with an attitude like that and outlook that safety/security isn't important; he will be placed on my no see list.

Guys have patience with us to get our screening complete before flying off the handle. Or either get screened before hand or go through p411 for last minute appointments.

Guys need to be specific about the provider's handle as well. Sometimes there is a space, dash, underscore or some other symbol that prevents us from being able to find the referred provider.
I've had guys who will send a link to the provider's profile and some will give a phone number. Personally, I do NOT want the lady's phone number. Who's to say that number really belongs to the lady in question unless she has it on her profile. But I like to contact ladies on here, not text.

On another although similar note...
It seems that where screening is concerned, we can't do short notice appts. So the guys need to be more patient in these cases.
Some ladies may take hours or even days to get back to us and some may not reply at all. There are some out there who reply to requests right away, which is GREAT!

I would think the safest way is communication through pm. Then check his profile like we check the ladies profile.

Check his reviews just like we check the ladies reviews. Maybe just maybe pm one or two of the ladies and ask about the guy and judge from there.

Now this would be the case if he had as few reviews and has been a member for a year plus. But that's just me.

If a guy is a newbie with less than 5 reviews and has only been a member a few months, then I would see where references would really come in place.

I just think it goes both ways just Like when your shopping for a product to buy. You check reviews before you buy.

Best policy when giving references to a lady is to give correct handle or p411 idea to the lady.

I know I personally as well as a few other ladies don't like those we don't know having our numbers

Why did that conversation go on for so long? At the first sign of toxic rudeness, I'd be more inclined to cut it short and bring it to a close. In any event, the screening was successful, because you weeded out the crappy attitude, so kudos for that.

I'm still considered a newb so I will probably get the "verbal" jimmy kick or throat punch against my comments. None the less, here they go. I respect the concept of screening, as mentioned above I think it makes a better time for both parties if each do a little research. Unfortunately I think the providers get shorted and assume more risk because there is less information about us readily available. I applaud you ladies for taking us on.

I often wonder what goes through you mind upon meeting someone new, we see your showcase and pictures but for you, it could be a human sack of acne scarred broken dildos showing up at your door; "with references" and then ackwardness ensues.

So although I've seen two providers here, no names as I don't have their permission to speak for them, both exercised a fair, responsible, reasonable, and rapid method of verification for our meeting. It was a piece of mind that you did request the verification because it builds trust on this side that you are professional.

Unfortunately I still must apologize for being Irish and having to "short" you, but I can make you laugh so that is something.

If they are advertising on ECCIE you have the right to review any aspect of your interaction with them in a review and to share any relevant information about them with other members here.

As to the subject matter presented by the OP..... Competition is growing rapidly in the local market place and screening is something you engage in for your own purposes.....

Rather than presenting your problems to the prospective clients who are simply trying to get their dicks wet..... You should be addressing this problem among yourselves looking for a faster more efficient solution....

While you are trying to get comfortable with the idea of seeing the guy you need to keep in mind HE has a hard dick and is looking at alternatives.

Too many of you rely too heavily on "screening".....

Since joining P411 I have not had to give references. I have not tried to see a lady that is not a member so guess I have been lucky.

DG you are probably off better that his references did not work out. He sounds like an ass.
