Default Greg Abbot now running for President?

Greg Abbot's latest ad makes it look like he's running against Obama, not Wendy Davis.
My experience has found that when a candidate from the other party starts mentioning the currently sitting President in office at the time in his/her ads, their campaign is worried about something.

Then you don't understand politics. After all, who are the democrats going to blame? I think you've been hoist on your own petard.

No, what Abbot is reminding people of is Wendy Davis is a Democrat, and with Democrats, it is Party first, Country second. She will want to implement he same Liberal policies that have turned so many States and Cities into dept ridden shitholes with high unemployment, crime, and those sucking off the Government tit.

LMAO like you don't see the same thing coming from both parties. The only thing those fuckers are concerned about is getting elected or reelected.

You mean as in putting your country first by propping up this dimwit for VP? This was a clear case of putting party over Country first.

Abbott likes to fight those that don't fight back. Obama has no reason to respond to his assaults. Wendy on the other hand is not one of the powerless victims he normally prey's on.

Shouldn't this be in your War on Women thread? Oh right, conservative women don't count.

You obviously are a political neophyte....the sign of a campaign in trouble is when they go negative ads.....think Wendy Davis !

This is a negative ad!
But to be honest, it sounds more like a get-out-the-base ad, since the only folks who are likely to respond to it are members of his own party. Perhaps his team is worried about low turnout from Republicans?

Also, read this morning that Abbot has allowed one of his buddies to slide on a fine owed for an ethics violation ruling for something like 5 years. Basically the charge is that he has ignored his duties on this case. Expect Ana ad from Wendy any day now....

You never posted an ad; you only opined about some ad. And in your opining, you characterized the Abbott ad as being about Obama. In other words, Abbott was tying Davis to Obama. That is not negative advertising; it is transference advertising......

But you never linked the ad so I can say for sure.

Sounds like you are desperately hoping Wendy Davis pulls out a win by hitting a grand slam homer in the bottom of the 9th with 2 outs and a count of 3-2.

This isn't a conservative woman. This is an opportunistic attention whore. Plain and simple.

She was unable to discuss any fucking policy when she was a VP candidate, or before she quit as Governor of Alaska.

Her inability to intelligently discuss government policy could be one reason why Fox cut her dumb ass loose.

She knows how to make moose cutlets and brawl in the mud.

She's an embarrassment to women AND the GOP. In fact, you could point to her hasty and poorly vetted nomination for VP as one of the defining moments in the downfall of the GOP.

Yeh, but you and I both would still fuck her.
