Anything with Pappa in the signage will be good. Maybe not the best there is, but very good for the dollar.

Fogo De Chao - It's pricey, and you should go hungry, you'll end up in a meat coma if you're not careful - but it is fucking amazing!!

I've been there twice and each time I've seen a local "celeb." First time it was Roger Clemens, second time it was George and Barbara Bush.

If you're looking for something more on "where the locals go" - Niko Niko's Greek.

Asking where to eat in Houston is akin to asking which provider has the best pussy.

Will we be limiting our dining experience to a certain budget or particular area of Houston?

My list is primarily unique to Houston or a few locations around the country type of places. Most importantly the food on the menu is almost universally great.
