We KNOW what cha mean gilrie!! Is this experience like entering a mental institution when you know you are sane?

I do appreciate your restraint. (unlike mine) You are one of a kind sweetie!

I think I know what y'all are gettin' at. I went to bed last night seriously thinking about retiring...

I'm feeling better this morning, but I think I should sit on my hands and STFU for a bit. Knowing my lack of self-discipline, it won't happen without a whole lot of encouragement, though.

Cheers,

bcg

I feel like I missed something while I've been recuperating.

Ok, Tori, foot in mouth! Let me re-phrase Tbone. I absolutely LOVE eccie. What I meant to say, was I miss the fun that was had in our community around here 4-8 years ago. Things are different, and that's ok! I was younger back then too, lol. Love ya!

I really wish people around here got along well enough for us to have a social event
After going to the one in Jackson I saw how safely and privately they can be organized. It was so nice to get to know other providers face to face instead of going on assumptions and dramatic conspiracy theories that other providers might come up with about other ladies. I think we sometimes forget that we don't actually know someone until we sit face to face and have a conversation. I think the gentlemen enjoyed the chance to do the same.

I'd love to organize one, but I think considering recent events that it may be impossible for a while.

Is always easy to see glass as half empty. Sorry fror cliche, but true is true. Will always be some strife when humans engage in any enterprise. ECCIE is not ASPD this is true. However should not write off cause as lost until one has done all one can to make better. Own insignificant opinion is that ECCIE remain best hope for hobbyist both experienced and novice to carry on activities safely, and offer those ladies and gentlemen wishing to make transition from hazardous venues safer harbor. Troubles come and go, people will disagree, but there are always those on board who have wisdom and guidance to share. These trusted ones are what in long term determine success or failure. Suggest ASPD was not ASPD at first, but time and effort made it so.

Agreed.... I concur.

One of the things which made ASPD so valuable, was it's large population, and it's review info database.... I believe ECCIE has picked up that ball pretty well.

There are at least a couple of things about ECCIE that are much better than ASPD!
- Eccie's Showcase feature is something ASPD never had... quite nice!
- Eccie's posting user interface blows ASPD clean out of the water!

Giz isn't going anywhere, anytime soon...

All things are possible, but first must believe so. If might meekly suggest, process already begun with ladies lounge, or whatever mysterious den of iniquity is called. Perhaps initiate small gathering and commence work of networking from there. After all, ladies are reason men are here. Is after all true seat of power despite what gentlemen may think. In process perhaps fences can be mended, new acquaintances can be made and old ones strengthened. "House divided against self soon need new siding." Chan does not personally know all ladies, but ones known believed to capable of such small task. Where ladies go men will follow as hummingbird seek blossom.
