My taste have changed over the years. I dont mind tattoos but I prefer a womans skin to be tattoo free now a days. Back then though lol I would seek out as best I could, girls that had that rocker chic look or suicidegirls look. Some providers that stick out from back then are Capri, Ava and another named Jayne. Way back then though not many here might remember them. Tatts dont keep me away from seeing a provider Im interested in though. Just depends on how they wear em lol.
