A Hugo woman is in jail after assaulting a police officer in Paris, Tx. Paris police say they received a call around 3:20 on August 10 that 50-year-old Janice Reed had been putting packages of bacon into her purse and was attempting to leave the Kroger without paying.
They say an officer was placing her under arrest when Reed pushed the officer before attempting to flee in a vehicle.
Police say Reed fought with the officer again before being arrested.
Reed was taken to the Lamar County Jail for theft, resisting arrest and evading arrest with a previous conviction.
The officer suffered minor scrapes and abrasions.
Have never seen anything like this

The writer of that article, David Knowles, has little credibility. He demonstrates that in the article mathematically. He claims that there have been 255 mass shootings since January. First, CNN only claims 81 and published pictures of all the shooters. Second,a mass shooting claims at least four lives to be a mass shooting. Yahoo, CNN, MSNBC, and the New York Times all claim 550 victims this year. Do the math. Without 1,020 victims the story is a lie and you're a fool for believing it.
