Default The Grand Jury Gone Amok

Good Grief. The list of people that the runaway Grand Jury wanted to indict is staggering.

https://thehill.com/regulation/court...arges-against/

Who are these people?

This cunt Prosecutor, on a ultra left wing vendetta to prosecute anybody who dares to question the validity of the 2020 election not only got the “ham sandwich” indicted, but managed to instill upon this bunch of liberal hacks that they needed to go after the potato chips, the dip, and the iced tea.

Perhaps it is time to look into the lives of these “impartial-grand jurors” and find out just who they are.

Just wait till Ken Paxton comes back. We will play by the same rules when he does, which is why they got rid of him in the first place.

By 'look into' you mean investigate? Weigh evidence? Evaluate conduct?

I agree that is a questionable number for a single grand jury but when you have a sitting President organizing a scheme to use fake electors then we for sure need to 'look into' that on a serious level.

Dninja, don't even bother thinking that the OP and Co want to comprehend that. If it involves being responsible for your actions and being called out on it, they will steadfastly refuse to do so.

Who is we? And what power or authority does ‘Little Donald’ Paxton have in the Great State of Georgia?

Your greatest hits just keep on coming!

... They weren't "fake electors" ... they were chosen
IF the elections went back to the states.

The Dems did the same thing in 2017.
Brought 'em to the Certification when Trump won....
Maxine Waters and some other Dems were the ones
who did it.

How do YOU not know that?

... Though as Jackie stated - the Georgia Prosecutour
is throwing everything she can at this.

How is questioning the Georgia election and wanting
to take the illegal votes to a Judge a RICO crime?

Yes, they were fake. Plenty of proof in following links. No proof to back up your false claims.

"The eight electors in question make up half of the 16 people who met at Georgia's state Capitol on Dec. 14, 2020, and signed a certificate declaring falsely that Trump had won the presidential election and declaring themselves the state’s “duly elected and qualified” electors.

https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/...p/70189704007/

"The bogus Republican electors met at the state Capitol on the same day as legitimate state Democratic electors selected Biden as the winner of the 2020 election".

"One of the focal points of the election interference probe are the events that led up to and followed the Dec. 14, 2020, meeting where sixteen Georgia Republican electors, who signed false election certificates that were sent to the vice president and other government officials to be counted by Congress."

https://georgiarecorder.com/2023/08/...lection-probe/

8 of the fake electors have accepted immunity deals to testify. Your claim the dems did exactly the same thing in 2017 isn't true. They didn't do it illegally.

There were no illegal votes to take to a judge. There were at least 2 recounts.
All of issues were settled by the courts.
You're just bringing up claims that have been debunked, repeatedly.
Without any proof/links.

... What "false claims" are those?

And your links are commentary by the USA Today and
The Georgia Recorder?? ... No CNN and Washington Post??

Raffesberger already was questioned on this. Under oath.
President Trump didn't break the law.

... Many legal scholars are laughing at Fani Willis and
these RICO charges... Though I'm wonderin' if Stacey Abrams
will be charged next.

Yet Biden has been committing treason and Democrats ignore it.

Ok, lets unpack this:
Did the Trump org / election committee have opportunity to request recounts to confirm that it was legit. Yep and they did...not once, or twice, but 3x in some counties.

Asking a Secry of State to "find the votes", or waive off the votes from any place you didn't like the outcome is illegal. Asking to confirm those votes isn't; nor is saying that "those votes might be fake", but then you gotta prove they were. Big difference. -hence why Lady G isn't getting indicted. Plus the Trump clan filed like 71 lawsuits in those states, and all but 1 was thrown out; due to a lack of proof or standing. The allegations are only that. Proving the shit is a totally different story, and TRUMP and his team have yet to produce what they said they had as far as proof.

RICO is warranted when it is a coordinated effort to collude and in an illegal manner. Not a had concept. Do stupid shit, get stupid jail sentences. From Fanni Willis- "Don't do crimes in GA if you don't want to go to jail. "

https://www.factcheck.org/2022/06/po...nate-electors/

As far as presenting electoral votes by the Dems in 2016; that is not actually what happened (see the link above). But point taken that both sides have provided "alternative" if not "Fake" electors. Also- it's never been proven that the Dems have surfaced like they did in 2020, where 7 States and then sent the same fake electors to sit at the state to cast their votes, let alone fake official seals and documents like the GOPhers did. Comparing the two is like saying Hitler only disliked a certain class of people. The truth is that one side proved they would do ANYTHING, including cheat all the way to the end to get their guy in. Hell, Even in the end, it was the same JOE BIDEN, who said that DJT had won the 2016 election, just as Mike Pence did his part in 2020. Saying it's something less than, or whatabout-isms, is just a way of obfuscating the reality that not only did they Lie; but those who did the organizing and casting / attempting to change the votes might be paying a huge price in fines and possible imprisonment.

https://thehill.com/regulation/court...n-2020-scheme/

Course- Some of the pussy states, like Nevada etall, will not seek charges for some stupid fucking reason;

How do you let people who just try to overthrow an entire states vote count, slide?

Both Republicans and Dems should be mad as hell that any state officials would be in a position to do that, let alone organize and facilitate the false transactions to occur. It's mind boggling that this isn't a felony, as much as it's mind boggling that thieves can push stores to close due to stealing in mobs.- but thats for another post.

... I'll surely have a whole thread on this
come Tuesday, mate.

As Fani Willis and her minions there even wanted
to indict the Trump barristers who brought a lawsuit
against the counting of illegal ballots.

See? ... When THIS bullshit "RICO show" of hers
becomes LEGAL - and we're surely AT that point
- her whole case starts to collapse like a
tin shithouse roof.

It's not the bringing of the suit accusing counting of illegal ballots. That case was either not found having merit or lost. The RICO case is the combined effort to disenfranchise an entire states outcome by the combined group efforts of those who acted closely, and by using illegal methods or coercion to change the outcome of the process.

The attorneys' didn't do anything illegal by challenging the votes, but the phone call to ask to put votes aside or to change the outcome is a very different request, and is indeed illegal.

How could one person's request to change an entire states combined votes ever be allowed? Maybe the question is that why do states throw 100% of their Electoral votes for the majority winner in that state? In fact that does disenfranchise voters who voted for "the other guy". I know some states split the EV's, but that should likely be the case for all states. Much more representative of choice of the people.

... WHERE are the illegal methods??

Raffensperger stated - UNDER OATH - that there were NONE
by Trump and the barristers.

... So much for that.

The following comes from the USA Today link.

"The court filing was first reported by CNN."
Which shows you didn't read the link.

How funny the guy that doesn't post links to back up his wild and inaccurate supposed "facts" complains about sources he can't refute.

Raffesberger stated under oath that trump didn't break the law? That's a good one. It should be easy for you to prove. Till then, it's just more BS.

"the court filing was first reported by CNN"...

... So are YOU saying that CNN is reporting that
Raffensperger - under oath - has claimed that
Trump broke the law in Georgia? ... With the phone
call or alternative electors??
