how can i contact TER?

there are 2 dakota Lynns. TER has attached my number, website, and email to her account. How can I make contact with them without becoming a member?

Not to try and sound unhelpful but since this is not TER, I would suggest going to that board for the answers you seek.

That being said, since I am a member there, I know they have a "contact us" option at the bottom of their pages, but you MIGHT have to register to get to it.

If you are contacting them to say that you noticed another provider has the same name, I can already tell you that their answer will be that there are many providers with the same name. They are distinguishable from one another based on their contcat information.

Could you imagine if they tried to not let any provider who used the name "candy" "Lexi" "Ashley" or "ginger" register and use that name?...lol

If the review is posted with YOUR phone number, then the review is in fact probably of you, as that information is actually submitted by the person doing the review, NOT ter. Same as here. When I approve a review, all I am doing is reviewing the information submitted by the reviewer to make sure it is complete. Same with TER.

Here's the odd thing...when googling your phone number, that review comes up in the search results, yet if you actually look at the review, you number is in fact NOT posted there, which makes me wonder why it comes back as a result when googling only your number and not your name.

Just for clarification, I clicked the "contact us" link at the bottom, and you do in fact need to register to contact them. In this instance, it seems like it would be worthwhile to register a username and contact them, since when clicking the link for the webpage and ad it is clear that it is another provider.

I will also click on the "report problem" button and point out the error to them, which may or may not help. Good luck.

With multiple names, it can get confusing for the TER people trying to keep profiles accurate. I don't think you can use the "contact us" feature on the site without being signed in so that's not really a solution.

It looks like the TER profile has been recently changed since the current profile isn't matching what is in google's index. Someone else may have submitted a problem report on it already then. You may want to go back and take another look at the profile in question.
