Well, John Kerry just jumped into the hole with President Obama, shovel in hand.
After the President's disastrous remarks yesterday, referring to the horrendous attacks in Paris a "Setback", Kerry was trying to explain that there was a difference in the Muslim terrorist who attacked Charlie Hebdo and the Muslim terrorist who savaged Paris.
