I tried to go to chickfila yesterday and couldnt even get close to the building. The line went out the door and wrapped around the building. The drive thru line was stacked back more than half a mile.


You know what the coolest part about this is guys? That's not even 100% of what we have and how many people are willing to step up. There are still those of us that couldn't get in at all but are still supporting them. The government will not get away with what it just did. FYI if they had done this to a gay business, I'd be supporting them too.

You all that like to hurt others to make your point have lost. The war you are trying so hard to have with us is going to end in love and peace. You don't have a chance. I was AT restoring love. You can't beat a people that fight with love. Instead of bickering in a forum that truly doesn't matter, we could be moving forward with service projects to help people.

It's not working anymore folks. Love has won. You will only hurt yourself and waste your own time. My posts in here from today on will be aimed at my lurker friends.

It ought to worry the hell out of you guys that knew nothing of restoring love (and still might not) and have heard little since.... That means there is an entire movement happening RIGHT NOW in which you are completely unaware.

I actually have no idea what Kayla's trying to say, whether she's for Chick-fil-A's stance on gay marriage or against it, for or against their right to speak, agreeing or disagreeing with how others have responded. I believe that any infringement of freedom has a trickle effect, and think organizations/companies that pressure the government and society to restrict human rights are tightening a leash that strangles us all. CFA gives millions to anti-gay groups when they could be giving that money to food banks or animal welfare programs. Who gives a doggy dump who's doing doggy to who? We hear a lot more about an issue that doesn't hurt anything but someone's moral proprieties and not nearly enough about hungry families right here in one of the richest countries of the world (something you'd think a restaurant franchise would REALLY care about), and the fact that we kill dogs and cats by the thousands daily because we don't have enough low-cost spay-neuter programs and no-kill shelters. Which attracts more attention and therefore sells more ad space for the media? My, how our priorities suck.

Chick-fil-A peddles fast food, not lifestyle advice, so the CEO getting the company involved in an issue they have no expertise in seems useless. While everybody has a right to express themselves in the good ol' US of A, God bless us, that doesn't mean they should. Bullshit is free, but having the intelligence to know when to keep your opinion to yourself is priceless.

The total crazy reaction to what the guy said has helped Chick Fil A. Had the politicians stayed out of it they would have been better off and most people would have never known or heard about what he said because most of us don't care what his opinion on marriage is. I agree with everything you just said. I always asked for extra pickles until I switched to their salads (I literally hate bread and picked all of it off anyway.). I think hommie can think anything he wants as long as he doesn't discriminate. And yes, the hard left has done nothing but boosting the sales for their "enemy".
