How does this process work?

After several bcd sessions (free or not) with male Mods and Admins and very little to no posting history is it then determined that you are cool and would make a good mod and thus appointed.

Once appointed are the female mods allowed to engage in sexual behaviors and favors with fellow mods? If so does that constitute a potential moderating conflict.

Lastly are there any Black, Hispanic, or Asian female mods? If not why not and what's being done to change the dynamic.

I think most on the board would like to know these things. What are the prerequisites.

Lastly do Mods have like annual conventions where yall get together meet and greet...hand out awards and bonus checks kinda like the body builders or Porn award conventions?

Finally I noticed in the Eccie Escort AD banner 1 Asian and 3 Flavors of White women. Dont you think a more balanced representation would be 1 Asian, 1 Black, 1 Latino, 1 White?
