Question for the guys....

Would you rather pay a moderate incall rate and see a lady in a 1 or 2 star hotel ( In a safe area of town of course)
Or
Pay a rate of 300/hr to visit a lady in 4 or 5 star accommodations?

Just curious as I have had complaints that my incall was not "upscale enough". One gent stated " I would expected more from you as far as you accommodations go when given the area of town, but was a bit put off when given location"
I keep a lower rate and use a moderately priced location, in a very safe, nice area of town. It is clean and decorated nicely, with a few of my own touches. I have not committed to renting an apartment, as my incall availability is limited. I am not comfortable having clients in my residence, by any means. There has to be a line drawn somewhere, for me at least.

Now there are a few local, Nashville ladies, who have "upscale accommodation" weather it be apartments or they use "upscale hotels", but there rates are $300 for the hour..... The steeper rate, makes up for the overhead of the "upscale" accommodations.

As long as the room is clean (i.e., doesn't smell and isn't gross) and I don't feel like I'm in danger by being in the area, I'm good. In the end, it's all about the service received, and poor service can't be made up for by a luxury room.

I would agree on the lower rate. Location safety is one issue. As for amenities, it is the woman that I am interested in.

I agree 100%. Most of my sessions around Huntsville, AL are at the $50- $70 hotels it seems. But then again, those ladies are are less than $200/hr. The traveling ladies who command $300+ are the ones who usually stay at the 4 and 5 star places.

It's a YMMV thing for some hobbyist. Some guys expect all $300+/hr ladies to be at $120+/night hotels and it's part of what they're paying for. They feel uncomfortable when their Mercedes is parked outside a $50/night hotel. Why? Because the more expensive hotels often have bars and restaurants in them and if they're seen at the expensive hotel, most people wouldn't think much of it. I know a few gentlemen in my area that unless the lady is staying at the Embassy Suites or a Downtown Hotel, they pass. As for me, I could care less.

Safety is the biggest deal with location, but my preference on the room itself, as long as the heat works in the winter or the AC works when in the summer, and the girl is hot and ready any season.

Mid grade hotels are better in my opinion. Some of the "upscale" ones employ in house security. And when a bunch of different guys are visiting a certain room every few hours or so it raises eyebrows. Say like a Hampton Inn or Hyatt Place.

And frankly, the more reasonable your rate, the more time I can spend with you (I tend to go for longer sessions--90 mins minimum, 2+ hours preferred).

I agree with SirCumference and BCG, just as long as the hotel is in a decent part of town and is safe, I could care less. I'm there for the person behind the door, and those with the more affordable rates for me are the ones that I will visit.

The mid-range to high-end hotels seem to have the ambiance of my own environmental preferences, as well as pillow top mattresses.
