But for Sushi there's only two:
If alive, dunk it in alcohol. Otherwise just don't let anything hit the floor. But if that happens, the 5 second rule only applies for the dog to get 1st dibs, then it's yours again.

Seriously though, upstate rainbow trout are exquisite and I know a over a dozen ways to throw that down. Even as sushi. One of the reasons I come back from time to time.
