So can this be done?
I was thinking of a little contest. Have the ladies write a short essay on why they need/want breast argumentation and the winner gets a new set of tits (on me up to 10k).
Of course have myself and two other members as judges for the contest to keep it fair with payout in cash and have one of our mods here do the hand over.
So is it possible?
And no strings attached just a little written word competition for the Arkansas ladies.

Sure, but you better not pick 2 of Ginger's best friends. I would hate to see your manganous gesture go to your bitter rival. Of course you are safe with Brit as she already has a great set. I know Trinity was looking for a way to finance a pair, IIRC.

Word from the front office is if you want to have this creative writing contest for breast augmentation, you certainly may however, neither ECCIE or our Mod Staff can have any involvement. Nor can it appear that ECCIE endorses the "contest" in any way.
While I laud your philanthropic mindset and spirit of charity, unfortunately ECCIE cannot be a part of your effort in this matter.

In the past ECCIE has allowed the posting of an announcement of a Raffle by a Provider for a Free session.
ECCIE has allowed the announcement post and then the thread was Closed/Locked.
After the announcement, all communication was handled off the board.
There were no entries, judging or further discussion of the event on ECCIE.
A subsequent announcement was posted to to announce the winner.
It very well could have also been handled off the board.
As stated before, neither ECCIE or our Mod Staff can have any involvement. Nor can it appear that ECCIE endorses the "contest" in any way.

I just need to work out the logistics of doing it off the board.
Mind if I bounce an idea or two off of you privately since you seem to know a bit more about certain things than I do.. Plus I would like an neutral opinion.
