Having problems putting my personal pic as avatar

I've been trying to post a personal pic on my profile as an avatar but when I upload it from documents it tells me "upload has failed". I've tried several pics to see if it was just that pic specifically but it's doing it to every single one of my pics. Help me get rid of the cartoon avatar so I can put my own sexy pics lol. Thank you so very much for your time and consideration in this matter. I really do hope that you can help me.

Don't know what you are doing? Documents?
Use a smart phone. (On full site)
Go to User CP near top right of page.
Click
Go to Edit Avatar
Click
Near bottom of page is Choose File
Click
From phone photo library choose pic
Then Save Changes

Also remember...

The maximum size of the image you wish to use as your avatar is 150 by 150 pixels or 97.7 KB (whichever is smaller).

It was doing that yesterday as well then it just started working again... Clear your cache & cookies thats what I did then it worked

Did a review of Ducati. When do these get approved for premium access? Used to be same day with the old mods
