Default Rigged

Anyone with a brain knows all the Trump prosecutions are utter farces and rigged by Senile Biden and other unhinged leftists

Well today, the idiot leftists in Georgia just proved it

Fulton County just posted the results of the grand jury vote before the grand jury voted

100% RIGGED

Reuters caught them

The document was posted online by the Fulton County DA’s office and then quickly taken down.

The corrupt leftists have been busted with their rigged indictments

The Fulton County Grand Jury is now completely tainted by the actions of whoever posted the results before even taking a vote

And they are ultimately tainted by DA Fani Willis because she's the one in charge of this

How can they objectively vote on charges when they've already heard of the decision to charge?

If you say so...

This law professor's conjecture makes a lot more sense, though

Quote:
Clark Cunningham, a Georgia State University law professor, said the filing on the court’s website was likely a clerical error listing what charges prosecutors are planning to ask the grand jury to vote on.

“The grand jury doesn’t sit around and write indictments, it’s presented to them,” he said. “I think this tell us what they are planning to present the grand jury, and the grand jury could say no,” he said.

Not only did corrupt Fulton County DA Fani Willis' “investigation” (WITCH HUNT) of President Trump drag on for over two and a half years, just in time to interfere with the 2024 Presidential Election AKA not a coincidence but actual election interference, but this Democrat DA is violating President Trump's constitutional rights by indicting BEFORE grand juries vote.

Welcome to tyranny.

Nothing at all is a farce or rigged about the RICO charges that is coming down on tRump and his band of morons that tried to steal the election. The maga crowd will whine, cry, bitch, complain, and post bullshit. That's all they can do and it's going to be fun to watch. Anybody with even an ounce of a brain and has been paying attention know he is guilty. The fact will come out to prove it, yet just like the 2020 election results.

Maga crowd, keep whining, crying, and bitching.

It would seem if the indictments were rigged or otherwise fabricated that would be easy to expose in the courtroom.

I do appreciate the continued effort to paint Trump as the lesser man though I would imagine that perspective will not be appreciated by many who consider themselves Republicans. No question Trump was a helluva President far more skilled and able minded than our current chief executive regardless of who might actually be calling the shots.

Currently Trump faces some very serious indictments in multiple states many of which could send him to prison and potentially open doors to expensive civil actions should he be found guilty. If we believe the popular narrative he continues to be at the mercy of a disorganized clan of left wing zealots led by a geezer who doesn't know which side of the podium to exit towards or whether Iranians are being targeted by Putin.

A sitting President with the resources to fund an arsenal of legal eagles on his own dime plus the DOJ and any number of not-so-public agencies at his disposal yet he got shitcanned out of the White House by senile Joe Biden? Current polls show the old-fart-in-chief tied with Trump 43/43 in a rematch.

Both have considerable legal issues brewing though Biden is not charged officially so the obvious winner here is ole Joe. Snuck in on Trump's watch and snatched the prize away now the former President is trying to rebound but the bar has been set quite high. We keep hearing how unfit Biden is (and I agree 100% but..) yet he seems to have the pocket aces.

Even Trump's opponent see this as the constitutional violation it is

Vivek Ramaswamy saying Trump should

"immediately file a motion to dismiss for a constitutional due process violation for publicly issuing an indictment before the grand jury had actually signed one. He should make a strong argument on these grounds & it would send a powerful message to the ever-expansive prosecutorial police state. As someone who’s running for President against Trump, I’d volunteer to write the amicus brief to the court myself: prosecutors should not be deciding U.S. presidential elections, and if they’re so overzealous that they commit constitutional violations, then the cases should be thrown out & they should be held accountable."

Sounds like a fairly simple remedy. Ramaswamy does have a law degree and makes some good points. We shall see if Trump does something similar. For sure Georgia officials should not be releasing documents that was a sorry move. It will likely all come out when the trial gets going and then we shall see if there is some magic 'just go away' button Trump could push as his young admirer Vivek advises.

Or maybe once again it will be the former President flailing and whining with little other option when faced with the senile Biden's accusations.

I can't wait until the proceedings kick off.

This is how much of a joke and how rigged this Georgia Bullshit case is

They actually filed the indictment, and they got a case number, and they got a judge assigned, and the grand jury hasn't seen the final testimony or voted. They still had 10 more witnesses to go before a grand jury deliberation.

We are seeing prosecutorial misconduct on a level not seen in US history.

Seems that senile ole Joe took Trump's lunch money again.
10 indictments in a state whose Gubnah is Republican no less.
Can someone enlighten me how an administration that seems so
utterly incompetent is able to secretly stack a grand jury in
Georgia with a Trump haters? Does that actually make sense to
anyone not blinded by their loathing for Democrats.
