The key is that all these years later she can actually prove that shes been going to Therapy over this and slowly telling her story. She's watched him advance in his career over the years and didnt have the full courage to come forward. No, No, No. A young girl at 17 isn't going to hold this type of incident in for thirty five years. Kavanagh was not an adult or a person of power he was just another kid like her, they were on equal ground. Something probably did happen at that party but it wasn't anything like she is reporting and probably didn't involve Kavanagh at all. That's the way it should be viewed until something truly substantial emerges, because people lie for all kinds of reasons.

This is the United States, and the legal system says Kavanaugh is innocent until proven guilty -- just like Zimmerman.

Martin had a 30 yard lead on Zimmerman and could have easily made it to his pappy's girlfriend's house without Zimmerman ever closing the distance between them. The only explanation for why Zimmerman's fat-ass was able to overtake Martin, who had such a head start, is that Martin doubled-back and waylaid Zimmerman; whereupon, Zimmerman shot and killed his assailant.

Zimmerman was pronounced innocent in a court of law, and there's a good possibility Ford won't show up for the Senate hearing because she doesn't want to perjure herself under oath.
