They do not advertise or participate on these forums. You just have to be "in the know" to find them...

Under The Radar - someone who keeps a low profile and prefers not to advertise or have reviews posted about them. Generally use the PM option to gather more information.

It's very funny, you would see some providers advertising with face pics on the P, on P411, and they would claim to be UTR. I guess my point is that everyone's not in agreement on what constitutes UTR. I personally agree with all of the above opinions, however.

well ferd some ladies will do that .post ads and pics but then say they are utr.Just an advertising ploy,make the guy think she doesn't see but certain people and if he calls he may be one of the lucky ones.The real utr's don't advertise and may see new guys but only if recommended by someone she knows.

Under The Radar (like M*A*S*H?)

I'd guess the latter, but no one knows who they are, heh heh heh
