Upgraded Female Account (Issues)
I have a friend of mine who has an upgraded female account. She is having an issue accessing ECCIE. All of the last post information on this forum is marked "private". Also when she goes into any section such as "Coed Discussion" she only can see posts she has created.
She has sent ECCIE technical support two e-mails over the last couple of weeks (10/19 & 10/29) but hasn't heard an answer and we just checked and the issue still exists.
Is there anything else she can do? Please PM me for additional details.
