This profile uses pictures that I didn't find anywhere other than older ad listings using reverse image search. Additionally, while those listings have the same pictures the phone number is different on each one. That on it's own isn't much of a red flag (some travelling providers prefer to switch numbers often), but the lack of details is a bit of one.
I went ahead and tried contacting, and initially they pointed me towards Hotel Chaco in Old Town, without any screening. That is a bit of a red flag, but I've had providers new to the game do similar things before.
The rate they offered me seemed in-line with the attractiveness of the profile ($$$$) but where this went off the rails was the fact that they then requested if I was paying in cash, to then buy eBay gift cards and use that. I called it then and there, but then they offered Zelle as an alternative. I had a high suspicion this was fake, but I thought "I have time to kill, so I'll see how far this will go."
I drove over to the hotel--I don't live all that far from it--and then when I messaged I was at the hotel, they requested I pay the fee upfront. I knew then and there it was completely fake, and I told them as much. They eventually tried to get me to pay half the fee, but I just ignored them.
Plenty of red flags here gents, but now you know so you don't need to bother to engage.
