Info on corpus ASAP please! :)

I am thinking of heading down to corpus today and I have never been there...
Looking at the hotels I am not sure of what side of town to stay on...
I am looking for the business/industrial side or better yet the side closer to
the oil fields. The marina side looks nice but since I am not from there
and have never been down there I am not sure if this is a good hosting location.

Any suggestions on nice side of town, easy to get to areas or hotels known
as a nono would be great. I like the nicer hotels and ones that are not
known to be crowded with other ladies... Any known alerts in the area lately?
I did a bit of research and looks like things have been mellow lately. If you
would like to text or call me with the info that would be great since I will be
packing and picking up my house before hitting the road. I wont be on my
comp too much. You can also pm me or comment on here...

I hope to hit the road by 10 or 11 my time and would like to have my hotel
situation figured out... Thanks in advance for the help!!!

Thank you all for the help... Sorry for the late response I have been busy...
I am loving Corpus so far and plan on coming back after this trip...

Who knows I may make it a monthly or every other month trip
