I feel the same way.
Merchan knows this entire Charade will be tossed on appeal. Heck, his actions alone in running a “pro prosecution” trial will ensure that.
But the plan alll along has been to get some kind of conviction. Anything. So Biden can say “convicted criminal”.
Hopefully the voters will see through all of this, and recognize this entire debacle for what it is, the weaponization of the Justice System to bring down political opponents.
Just like they do in Russia, Central America, and a host of other Countries in the World that The Left in this Country seem to be enamored with.
