I recently described a body as thick/small bbw and that person got pissed. I wasn't trying to upset anyone. IMO that is the body type they have, maybe I'm wrong. What do yinz think? FYI the photo is not the person but is similar.

Is a small bbw like jumbo shrimp in reverse? As far as I can tell, you're a bbw or you're not a bbw. The woman in the photos is a bbw, IMO.

I don’t buy into this bbw thing. There’s nothing about a 60” waistline I find attractive, regardless of if she fixes her hair and puts on lipstick. If some guys like to surf on big fat chicks more power to ya, but describing them as “beautiful” is a stretch imo.

Everyone has their own preference as far as body type, so I'm not gonna criticize....but yeah, this lady is a BBW.

Everyone has something different that they’re in to. BBW isn’ for me but it is for others; more power to them. I would describe the women in the picture as BBW.

Just like there are different ways of describing thin chicks, athletic, skinny, average and on and on....

There are multiple ways of describing us overweight gals. I would say on she is on the BBW scale, but is on the smaller end of it. Thick n Curvy, a small BBW sounds about right.

You shouldn't feel bad if your description was honest and fair.

Looks like you are largely getting agreement that either your description was fair or that she could even border on larger than you described.

The poll seems pretty split, but those answering no, I think are choosing it for different reasons.

Should have had 3 choices for clarity.
1. Thick/Small BBW
2. Full BBW
3. Not BBW or another description

I would have been curious for a breakdown of the number answering 3 in that instance.

I have no clue who you are referring to so can't give an actual answer, but the girl in the picture could definitely qualify as big.

I'm a big girl standing 5'9" and a size 12. I know my way around a gym and spend hours there. I don't think thick and small bbw go in the same category. I'm thick for sure, but I'm waaaaaay firmer and more proportionate than a lot of thin chics I know (and waaaaay softer than many others, just sayin).

Some guys think I'm big others think I'm perfect. If a guy describes me as big I don't care one bit. The only thing that irritates me and has happened only a few times in 10 years is when I only put up clear, new photos and describe myself honestly as 5'9" and a size 12 and they don't read.

I'd say she is on the smaller side of a bbw. I would not use the description of thick.

If someone works out at the gym 5 times a week but has a thickish and not overly toned (not fat) body type, why would they be considered a small bbw? Isn’t that an oxymoron? Small bbw? Makes zero sense. BBW means big beautiful woman....How can someone be small but still be big? I’d say thick but fit is a better way to describe. Think of the girls who powerlift or bodybuild Some are beasts and look big but they are strong and fit... so are they considered to fat because they look it but could probably outlift your ass anyday? Lol

I am called bbw solely on the fact that I am 5’10 and a half lol. I am the exact size as Ashley graham and she is the media’s definition of bbw. I have heard tons on this subject since I started as a provider. I have had guys say yes I love big girls as long as your not sloppy... send me a pic of your tummy. I think that is the general idea of bbw... as long as you don’t have a big saggy tummy you are ideal. Btw funny how every time I go to type bbw it autocorrects it to babe haha.
