Telegram's Russian Founder / CEO / Chief Head Giver was arrested in PARIS, of all places, by the World Court (Based in the Hague).


His "encrypted" app was / is being used to facilitate world class drug, weapons, and underage sex trafficking. Actual photos of contraband (with prices in Euros and Bitcoin) were posted in the press release.


Telegram is, in intel / counterintel speak, "completely compromised".
