Hmmm..... something about this post makes me wonder.....only registered 5 days ago and asking about hotels in such a small area. I just hope that no one is foolish enough to actually answer his question. I could be wrong and if I am please forgive me. But this question reads to me more like "Where should we set up our next sting?" or "Which hotel should we start watching more so that we can stop the guys on their way out and get someone else to flip?"!!!!
Just saying.......

Maybe he just wants to get the room next door,
so he can listen in while we enjoy sharing our time
and companionship.

Oh come on girls, there's no real reason not to let him know that we all meet up at the Red Roof Inn to participate in the ECCIE orgy, once a week!

Alright, Mister. Now you've completely blown it. Where else are we going to get a smoking room with a jacuzzi, right next to the vending machines?? You might as well change your name to notgiteneny.
And if you think I'll be sharing any more of my m&m's with you... Ha! Forget it.

legs,
"I agree it is hard in this environment."
Don't make it harder for yourself by asking these kind of questions in a public forum. You state you have P411. That's an important first step, but as you probably already know, it's not an automatic ticket to see providers in Arkansas.
Pick out a provider that interests you. Contact her through P411. Being new with no OKs and due to the well deserved paranoia, you will probably be required to jump through many, many hoops. If she tells you to run naked through the Little Rock Police Department, do it. After your release from jail and after you get your first OK on P411, it should be smooth sailing. Good Luck.

The real answer doesn't really give much away. I've never had any problems with any hotels in any city. I stay in nice hotels though.
But it's pretty obvious your question is bogus. Hobby or no hobby, no hotel has a problem with a man getting a hotel room to meet his lover. That's certainly not rocket science.

Please to forgive derisive words and snickering tone of colleagues. Hospitality and good manners central to fostering community spirit and lending likewise invaluable assistance to gentleman trying to make way in risky climate.
Honorable seeker of truth best advised to avoid all places of lodging. Have on good authority that best action in Bryant behind dumpster at WalMart. Stake out...er...observe shenanigans and goings on for several weeks to determine best time. Good luck.

Thank you all for your feedback. Mac I did try this privately but didn't get a answer. I have read posts that talk about how Hampton Inn and other motels have training videos regarding this. I am not bogus or a voyer. Maybe it was a dumb question or a question not meant for public but if you don't ask. I appreciate the feedback. I never knew you could learn so much about so many by asking a question.

Likewise for asker of question. Perhaps not answer seek, but most truthful one is that nowhere is safe when law is broken. Constant awareness of same is only action to moderate that risk. Do not look suspicious and have good excuse for being there.
