Verifiable References

So, I know there has to be a screening process for our providers, but one thing eludes me. I have references that I can give, but only one provider has ever given me a way to use them as a reference. LovingKayla in Dallas (I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BTW). Otherwise, no other provider has said : Here is how you get a reference from me. So, how on earth am I supposed to give three references? I can say who and when because I have my reviews and I have always reviewed on the same day that I hobbied, but how do the providers know?

Prior to leaving the company of a lovely lady, I will often ask they mind being a reference for me.

Now, with that being said, they all say YES but only about 1 out of 4 actually follow through. Once you go your separate ways, all they have on their mind is making the next $. That cycle keeps repeating itself with no regard of talking with other Providers as other Providers are competing for the same $ they are trying to make.

But there are gems out there. Gems who treat this as a community where we all help each other. In my experience those are also to ones who give the most satisfactory all around experience. For me, those gems include Felina, Stephanie1, MsMagicMouth. Reviews do tell a lot. Don't look for YES Reviews. That is only part of what you need. You have to read between the lines to see if the guy was mesmerized by his experience. Them check with the guy to see what type of follow-up service she provided. Did she stay in touch with him periodically to hopefully encourage follow-up appointments? Did she honor her commitment to be a solid reference when needed?

That was a long answer. Short answer is research who you want to see. Then check with some of the guys who have reviewed her to see if she actively gave references for them. If she is doing it for them, it would seem she would do it for you. Obviously, it helps if you are not a prick and have good hygiene!!

I am always happy to reference for gents I've seen. I provide honest and informative ones to the best of my ability, often giving a specific detail that a lady may use to ask you to ensure she is seeing same person, not just same handle.
That being said, when a gent who is new to me sends me a pm request to visit, I just ask that they provide the handle of the provider and what city/state she is based in. I can then look on eccie to verify she is a VP, and then reach out for a ref . For several gents, I drop them a not to let them know I've provided a ref for them

I usually don't get asked for references, then again I don't know if they're calling from my previous reviews for said references, which I wouldn't mind whatsoever.
