PELOSI: 'IS IT THE 11TH AMENDMENT? 14TH? WHATEVER... I'M WITH THE CONSTITUTION'
Nancy Pelosi. Dumb as a box or rocks. Did she not swear an oath to uphold the Constitution? It's been passed, you'd think she would have read it.

She's just following the example set by her leader. He doesn't remember the constitution either.

Her "leader" taught constitutional law, he knows it better than you think he does.

Then his failure to abide by it would be intentional,
.... not just his self-inflicted ignorance.
For instance, if some other posters are correct and if you are as well ....
... then he "knows" it is unconstitutional to establish a "hit list" of terrorists to kill.
Just an example.
Teaching something doesn't necessarily mean one "knows" the subject .... one would hope .. but not any guarantee.
I would like to correct a "misconception" ... teaching a constitutional law class from time to time does not make one a "professor of law" any more than overseeign the removal of insulation from low income multi-family housing makes one a "community organizer"!!!!
That's kinda like that bimbo that blew the whistle on the General's mistress ... she called herself a "diplomat" with "immunity" .... to the police ... hardly! She was nothing more than a social parasite ... without the blue dress, of course.
Sounds good on paper and makes great resume material. But when the "references" are checked it results in some credibility questions for "tooting" one's horn a bit louder than appropriate.

No one called him a law professor here, ease back on the gas. He was accused of not knowing the constitution.
As far as his "hit list", I don't remember you complaining when Bush killed Sadam's sons and targeted several Al Queda leaders on a regular basis in Iraq and Afghanistan.

You have to pass the Constitution before you can know what's in it...what? It was passed already? When? I never heard about this. When? No wonder I didn't hear of it Bush was behind it....not that GW but another GW? Was there another Bush who was president? There was! Wait, you're talking about someone else, a third Bush? Look, I'm in charge of the House, I have the gavel. I don't have time for this meaningless stuff. Peace out!

Marked off, we were at war with Iraq and Afghanistan when Bush did what he did. That is why we call it war. Are we at war with Pakistan, Yemen, or Libya?

Depends on who you ask.
When we were involved in the action against Lybia, wasn't your side of the aisle complaining that Obama had to go to Congress because only they can declare war?

Not quite. Obama taught three classes while at U Chicago Law School: "Current Issues in Racism and the Law," "Voting Rights and the Democratic Process," and "Constitutional Law III: Equal Protection and Substantive Due Process." He mostly taught the "Current Issues..." class, and only occasionally taught the "Voting Rights" and "Con Law III" classes.
Equal Protection and Substantive Due Process are a TINY subset of the entire body of what is known as Constitutional Law.

My side of the aisle was saying that only Congress can declare war and Bush had done his due diligence by bringing two resolutions to the Congress. We also said that if we are going to intervene then get it over with and end it. We also asked if you're sure that the revolutionarys are not the Muslim Brotherhood. What was your point?

Hey, MarkSuxNY, thank you for finally admitting to all and sundry that you have never read the Constitution of the United States of America, with or without the Amendments.
Had you ever actually done so, you would have noticed that Article I, Section 8, specifically authorizes Congress "To declare War, grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal, and make Rules concerning Captures on Land and Water." Upon reading Article II, you would have learned that the President is not so authorized.
And, if you'd read the Amendments, you would know that none of the Amendments change either of those facts.
I gotta hand it to you, it takes balls to be that proud of your wilfull ignorance.

I was never arguing that point side-much, maybe you should read my posts more carefully before you jump off the cliff.
I was saying OTHERS were arguing that point against the president. If they were saying that Lybia was a "war" that he launched without asking the congress, then why are those same people complaining about him killing targets if it's okay to do that in a war?????
You can't have it both ways asshole.
Willful ignorance? Look in the mirror, there is your guy.
