World Series notes
There were no banners or decorations on display at the stadium. You wouldn't have known it was the World Series. What happened to the big display banners they used to hang out - were they just at old Yankee stadium ?
What is wrong with Alex Bregman......doing little or nothing so far.
Baseball is stuck in a world of tradition. Even the announcers parody the references to events and records of the past, which is baseball lore. For example, "this is the first time since 1943 that all the wastebaskets got filled up before the 3rd inning."
