The CNN exec Allison Gollust who Zucker was "zucking" was Andrew Cuomo's communications director at one time. Zucker was paying Chris Cuomo who was working for Andrew Cuomo. CNN spent all of 2020 painting Andrew Cuomo as the greatest governor in the country while he shoveled covid+ elderly into nursing homes, then covered it up.

Zucker kept promoting Gollust at CNN up to Chief Marketing Officer - so she is just like Kamala, sleeping her way to the top

Gollust will remain at CNN in her current role, just not underneath Zucker

Because it is an institutional problem with CNN and further exposes CNN as not being a legitimate news channel that deserves to be taken seriously. Zucker used his platform to peddle disinformation. There is also the fact that it impacted a host of his decisions running the network. For example:

To those confused why Zucker’s affair w/an employee is a big deal: In essence he was sleeping w/her while promoting her up the ranks over other qualified folks. And he made her an EVP w/o disclosing any of it. That is an issue

That she worked for Andrew Cuomo, who CNN raised to exalted heights, is a problem

That Zucker protected Chris Cuomo for years because of this relationship

That Zucker employed multiple pedophiles at CNN

That Zucker protected a number of other CNN anchors, including one who intimidated and covered-up sexual abuse victims and another who has had sexual assault claims made against him

That Zucker still employs a serial public masturbator

And in the end - remember, Zucker didn't resign because he was banging some subordinate. He resigned to prevent some far worse stuff from coming out
