Physical Description: Tried to set up an appt. with her. Had to call her like more than twice to set up the appointment. I think she just tries to randomly answer her phone. Agreed on 30 mins. Reached her place and she gave her room number. When I arrived at her room, she didn't open or answer her phone. It was frustrating waiting outside for 15 mins. in the cold.
