Video Camera in Incall
On one of the many Wulf Princess theads, she talks about a video camera in the room. I read a review of someone saying they felt uncomfortable seeing a video camera and the girl said she just wants to watch the room when she is away. Can't remember who the girl was.
Can you imagine how vulnerable you would be if some girl taped a session and LE got the tape and the girl's phone?

I think taping/recording is more common that we assume... I've been to a couple of incalls that had a computer on next to the bed, didn't think much at the time.. I later read that one of the ladies I had seen allegedly did so, for safety reasons..

An ex mod posted once about a provider who was actually streaming sessions live to a website. Was using her laptop to "play music".
In this day and time one should assume they are being recorded every where

My ECCIE Reviews

People are going to do what they're going to do but having video in a room, well that's just frightening to me. Period. And it's very indiscreet.
I don't even understand the reasoning behind it. How is having a camera keeping you safe? Is it going to keep one from being raped? Keep one from being ripped off?
I hear of ladies doing this occasionally but I've never had a past roommate, or anyone that I personally know/knew, ever do this at their incall. It's just not something that we're supposed to be doing.
Improper.

How does that improve her safety unless someone is near and watching? PMs to her phone and a video tape, Racehorse Haynes couldn't get your ass off.

She going to take the tape to the police? She would be the first one arrested. Yea, my social security number is four digits.

Because of this practice I've been nicknamed on amateur porn sites as "Minuteman".

If a woman is assaulted or robbed, most cops and departments are gong to be far more interested in going after the guy because the crime is far more severe. It is unlikely to an extreme they would bust her for basically a fine. Any victim of a violent crime should report it at once.
And given the nature of the technology today, for a few hundred dollars, you will never know you are being recorded short of using a bug scanner on the room.

Would not recording a person without his/her knowledge not be a violation of the law? Wait, never mind. But actually had a friend spend several years at the government's expense for recording conversations without the other person's knowledge. The reason was the recording equipment crossed state lines, making it a federal violation. And let's face it, all recording devices cross state lines at one time or another, if just in the shipping to the retail store.

As long as she gives me a personal DVD of the session, I'm cool with that. I've always wanted to be in amateur porn.
^^^Tongue in cheek statement, folks. Tongue in cheek statement.^^^
No, seriously, it is a little on the creepy side. Plus, if there are concerns about LE getting their hands on it, wouldn't it put all parties involved, including the lady, at risk here?
Pus, and someone please enlighten me if I am wrong, my understanding is that it's not illegal as long as at least one of the parties involved know that it is being done. If it is a hidden camera in a room set up by the provider's roommate, or whoever, without any parties knowing, then I believe it is illegal. It is definitely illegal if you publish it without consent of the parties involved.

Maybe the lady isn't very discrete. What if the hotel clerk calls the police seeing a bunch of old men going into the room, one after the other? What if it's three days later? This computer has a terabyte hard drive. It can hold over 470 hours of video. They have flash drives that have that much memory.
Their intentions may be for safety with plans to delete after the session. These are some of the same women that call you about a P411 request 5 days too late.

There was an agency here a couple of years ago that used one. It was an apartment with two bedrooms. The camera was in the living room only, not the bedrooms. So it never showed any transactions. Also, the camera was set to an automatic "loop"... It didn't save the videos and re-recorded the start of the next day. She said it was for two reasons: safety and to also see if any of the girls were sneaking in with a client (and not paying their commission). I didn't ask about the safety reason...
