So they can alter the review template
It looks as if the New Review template now has a User ID field for the reviewer to provide the ECCIE handle of the reviewee. It's the fourth field on the template, but it's at the top of the review when it's published.
I suppose this has some utility.
Far more useful would be putting the City field closer to the top of the published review, so that it's visible when your mouse hovers over the Subject line in the forum and you don't have to open the review to find out that she's not geographically compatible with you.
