the healthcare law provides $$$ to states that states wouldnt otherwise get ... bottom line, taxpayers in said states foot the bills for all the state and county hospitals that provide free services thus increasing state deficits when state budgets are already bloated ... that increases taxes on state residents ... the healthcare law via insurance reduces free medical services for as many as 33 million people ... why would any state want to increase their budget and further burden their taxpayers?
yes, lets have a good ole standoff between taxpayers that vote for governors, and governors that refuse federal $$ placing the state budget burden on taxpayers
