I Need a **Local** CPA in Houston

I am looking to hire a CPA. I am in Houston,TX and I would like this person to be local so that we may meet in person.

I keep getting lots of offers from people who are out of town or even out of state, saying we can do this over the phone or email.

As it involves my finances, I am not comfortable with this, so please do not contact me unless you are a local accountant who is willing to offer me your services.

I need someone who can help me to understand how to file quarterly, along with claiming business expenses, etc etc.

I'd rather not share more info than this in a public forum, so please do PM me if you are willing to help.

As said, I can pay for these services, I am not looking for a hand out.

Look into a good enrolled agent.

Not sure if you need this JUST for taxes or you need help with your numbers as well.

I need help with taxes and a few different things; as said, would rather not discuss in such an open forum. If you can help or know someone who can, it would be much appreciated if you can pm me so we can discuss further.

I would prefer the person to be a hobbyist so that I may have total disclosure with them about my work/income rather than pretending to have another source of income. I am aware I can hire any old CPA and pretend this, that is why I am asking here.

I am in Dallas and did work for lots of ladies. You could call the Houston Chapter of CPA's for referrals.
