Basically as long as you do a halfway decent amount of research and don't act like a dumbass, your odds of being arrested are almost nil. Find an established and newbie friendly provider, read as much as you can about her and about hobby things in general, don't discuss services or payment (you should know what and how much by looking to her ads/reviews/showcase/p411 profile/etc already), don't give away personal information to anyone you wouldn't trust to spend time with your friends and family, and pretend like you're comfortable in your own skin and know where you're going. If you're still too worried and nervous, then the hobby isn't for you and you should just let it go.
