Thumbs down Have you ever been this drunk?

http://www.kwtx.com/home/headlines/Police_Man_Struck_By_Car_On_I-45_Ends_Up_Dead_In_Passenger_S eat_124661639.html

How could he "hit" a person with his car...they SMASH through his wind-shield...the victim lands in the passenger seat and floor board and he didn't notice it? And then he continues to drive another 3 miles until a constable pulls him over for swerving and FINDS the victim dead in his car?????

I can't believe that he was only drunk there has to be other things in his system for that to happen..

Not only did the poor man die but his leg was cut off at the knee and was later found on the highway....

PLEASE...do not drink and drive!!!!

Reread the title of the thread and "NO"! I get paranoid these days whenever I even have a buzz and I am not at home.

Plus guy's know how suave and sophisticated they are after drinking:

I've watched more dumb souls run across I-45 than I can probably remember. Seems more likely to happen when people get stuck in the middle, far left shoulder, rather than on the right side next to the feeder. I've stopped to offer to call someone or have given a ride off the freeway to nearest safe place like a gas station or shopping center.

Only once have I seen someone cross one side of the freeway to other side crossing both the northbound and southbound routes for what must have been 6-8 lanes. Thought for certain he had a death wish.

Wow.. Cross 45.... On foot... Was he drunk too?

Its sad and stupid all at the same time. I can't relate since I've never been drunk in my life.

Nope! I've never been that drunk. Actually, I wish I was a light weight. It's too damn expensive to get drunk!!! (now where is my shot!). Lol

A childhood friend of mine drove over and kill someone crossing a highway in Dallas. He himself later was killed crossing the same highway.

Since then I've believed that most people killed crossing a major urban highway (especially at night when it doesn't involve some version of car failure) were just committing suicide.

Omg! Poor guy. I know that guy made a mistake of drinking and driving but that's manslaughter and he will be going to prison for a long time. I'll pray for the victims family. That's terrible!!!

How much time he does or if he even does any time will come down to the lawyer he can afford.
