How do I include symbols in the heading line??

I apologize if this has been asked before! But I'm wanting to know how to input symbols such as a red heart, etc in the heading/title line like some of the girls do in the weekly ads?

Does it need to be done via keyboard or can I do this from my iPhone?

Don't think you can used colored hearts because the title field don't utilize HTML code.

You can use ascii codes to copy and paste symbols or you can try using emoticons, though I don't think they will work.
