Need help with these

First I have two friends who really enjoy the hobby but they have been criticized for their preference in providers, one prefers Asian of which I don't know if any are in this area while the other prefers AA providers. I can't seem to find the need for the criticism of them. I do know that some providers have their preferences but people are people and there is always the possibility of having an unpleasant experience with anyone. What do you think?
Secondly if offered just one activity to choose from which would be your choice oral or intercourse?

Why would anyone criticize anyone for having a preference? The hobby is about paying for a fantasy. The ability to choose your companion is top of the list of pros regarding the hobby IMO.
