Get P411 or a couple of provider references, but NEVER share your personal information. I saw this posted on another board as a reason:

Go to Providerbuzz.com. This a a very valuable site for us girls to "out" dangerous (and even irritating and annoying) clients. You'll be very surprised at what you see! They have to 100% verify your status as a provider, but it's a great site. And it's free. And you can list full names, addrersses, and phone numbers-uncensored!

Now, I am assuming you guys are not abusive. But think what could happen if you simply pissed off the wrong person. After all, posting the information is not contingent upon evidence other than the provider's statement.

It is simply not worth it to give out any personal information. If you have to, make up a story about yourself. And get a hobby phone!

Funny how the girl's have sites like this and are allowed to "out" people when if the same action were done to them there would be such a hue and cry that one would think Christ had made His return.

Yes, Gentleman, be very, very wary and extremely careful with your personal information. Don't give it to any provider regardless of what her reasons are for wanting it. Take it from someone who has had to deal with a crazy, obsessed "provider" who will not move on and let the past be the past. What I have had to deal with for over 3.5 years is complicated and was made worse when the one I am writing about became a mod on another site back in 2007.

Just so everyone knows, I have been outed multiple times by the same crazed "provider" mentioned above, whom I have not seen as a client of hers since June 2005. I have also had to deal with her threats to me and to my family since October 2005 as well as her posting false alerts on me. Messed up for sure.

Funny how a failed, personal i.e. non-business, romantic relationship can push some girls to extremes such as this "provider" has taken. Thank God I got out of that relationship when I did back in July 2007.

The moral of this lesson is: DON'T GET INVOLVED WITH A PROVIDER WHEN YOU ARE ONE OF HER TRICKS.

I'm still pissed about my most recent outing in February 2009 by the "provider" mentioned above but I am working on an appropriate response that is almost complete.

I think that everyone needs to realize here that it's not necessary to give out all your personal details to be verified. Places like P411 can help you with screening. Also having your provider ref's handy when trying to make an appointment with someone is very important. Remember, we all need to stay safe. You don't want to see someone that's not worried about who you are. But, there is no need to give all your personal info.
