Anyone in the house a personal trainer? Im looking for one! I do not want to sign a gym contract, I just want to try month to month so if anyone knows of a place or if you are a trainer, let me know! I also dont want to pay like a ton of money! I asked at one place and they people wanted a contract and like 800 bucks for the month! I won't do it! LOL I have a gym here, but I have no motivation what so ever! That's why I need a trainer!

Have you checked out and talked to the folks at the Anytime Fitness on stone oak and hardy oak? I know they have trainers there sometimes...

I went to one of the other Anytime Fitness a couple yrs ago, but they are contract only. They also take part of the pay the trainer gets and I don't think that is fair, at least thats what my old trainer told me back then.

They take part of the trainer's money after the trainer does all the work. So Anytime Fitness is like the trainer's pimp?

Well that sucks that they would do that. I'm the same way..just not enough time and no motivation... I actually downloaded the couch to 5k to get moving. Wanna run together?

My sister is a trainer for Bally's in her free time. I might ask her on your behalf if she'll help you. She is in crazy good shape too.

Pepper if you find the answer to your question would you please share with me? I used to have a trainer here but due to a stalker/attacker she had to leave town to protect herself. I am overjoyed she is safe from this idiot but it did cost me the benefit of her experience and help as a personal trainer.

I started P90X about 3 months ago which I ordered for like 130 bucks. I've seen great results and haven't felt this good since high school football. The first two weeks are hell then it all gets better and I actually look forward to working out.
The only problem here is there is no trainer to physically push you which you have to push yourself and keep pushing play.

Here's some Motivation for you. Take your Computer to your gym & watch all those Crazy Shows while your Running or on the Bike if that doesn't Work then they do have Self Motivaters that will come Yell @ You for a Small fee lol

Anyways, I've had a P. trainer and I hate to be told what to do.
I did it for only three month's I said hell no never again
