Default Best safe walking trails?

What are some of the good local walking trails that are safe to use here in town. Ones that are also open for evening/ nite walking with another lady? Any info appreciated thanks

The Mueller area is pretty cool and seems family oriented. If you don't want to go to the greenbelt or around LBJ area (my favorite). The boardwalk is pretty cool too.

I definitely want to check out Mayfield park. Google it.

Brushy Creek trails from the YMCA at Twin Lakes off 183A to the east side of Parmer Lane and beyond almost to Sam Bass Road. Parking areas interspersed with clean bathrooms. Picnic areas are available for family or group outings. The lake at Parmer lane can easily be accessed by kayak or canoe for fishing or just plain enjoyment. Not quite sure about the lighting for walking after dark. Park hours are noted at entrances of all parking areas. Been going there over 20 years. Have fun..

I know this may sound weird and probably not what you are thinking of, but Shoal Creek Blvd. has lots of walker and cyclers. From one end to the other (38th to 183) is, I believe, about 11 miles. It would be good for night walking too since it is through neighborhoods and a safe part of town.

Well....no area is safe if there are.....ummmm......uhhhh...... .well I can't say it without getting points. But basically it's the same group if people who comprises 13 percent of the population and commits half the murders.

Wimberely would be safe. Anywhere in west austin. E 12th, loyola, berkman, johnny Morris would be unsafe.

When it gits 'roundt a hunnert degrees, tha only safe walkin' is mall-walkin' in tha cool AC. Don't o'er-do it outside an' git tha heat stroke.

Thanks for all the links and suggestions. As I mentioned above I will not be alone and will have a partner and not worried about heat stroke as im looking for places that allow evening/night walking.
