I'm planning on a SA excursion later, I'm looking for reccomendations on delicious grub and fantastic cocktails!
Im not looking for upscale necessarily, more so looking for what's popular and unique to SA.
I am a huge FOODIE.... Sushi, Tacos & BBQ are my weaknesses!

Bbq: Augie's Barbed Wire Smokehouse on N. Saint mary's ( near the San Antonio Zoo and Sunken Gardens.) It has a very cool vibe, interesting decor and AMAZING slow smoked delicious-ness. You also have a good chance of actually meeting Augie if you go on a weekday during the early evening and he is cooler than a fan. I suggest the brisket or pulled pork. Both will melt in your mouth.
