Some more liberal values...
Diane Feinstein has put forth a bill that would, if passed, outlaw the sale of over 150 weapons including handguns, shotguns, and so-called assault weapons. There are provisions to add more by a means that is not completely described. Feinstein being a liberal has included a provision where government officials like her can continue to purchase these dangerous weapons. More liberalism in action; go for you is not so good for me.

Own your liberal politicians. They demand you march in lockstep with them.

Liberals also like the taxpayers to fork over for them to ride in Limos and private jets on their way to conferences on global warming.

First off, your link includes nothing about a provision for "government officials like her".
The term “Government Official” is used but there is no definition for the term. The people mentioned are:
Assault weapons used by military, law enforcement, and retired law enforcement;
There is no mention of purchacing, only ownership. Do you read your own links? The headline, “Government Officials Can Still Own Assault Weapons Under Feinstein Bill” is stupid. Why? Because ownership isn’t being affected. Of course they can own them. If you weren’t a felon, you can own them too.
There are 157 specifically named weapons. The description of weapons to be added is very specific. Read your own link.
And because you are a douche-bag, you add some off the top of your head bullshit about liberals.
Your hateful bullshit might be better recieved if you factually cleaned up your act. And if pigs had wings, they'd be in a geico ad.
Let's sum up your post.
We'll give you credit for your "more than 150....". You're too fucking lazy to read the link.
What else did you get right?
Nothing as reported.
You don't know she is in the group of "government officials",
The provisions are pretty well described.
And the sale of grand fathered weapons is not outlawed
All and all, a typical jd post.

If you were privvy to my private conversations you would be so much more informed. We asked the question what is a government official, local, state, or federal. Elected, appointed, or bureaucrat? So many questions and so few real answers. You seem confused about the Feinstein bill. Don't you think that may suggest that it is a bad bill? I don't see you interested in what is being proposed but only that you can attack people. YOU ARE PART OF THE PROBLEM MUNCHIE!!!

How do you get up in front of a class with a straight face?
How would I be much more informed by your lack of information?
I'm not confused about the bill, I'm confused how you pull all this out of your ass.
The definition will be in the bill itself. That's hardly a key aspect of the legislation.
The criteria for being added to the list (weapons) was detailed and specific
Let’s go over this one more time if for nothing else but to point out how thick you are.
It doesn’t outlaw the sale of grand fathered weapons on the list. It “outlaws” new weapons on the list. It does not prevent the sale or possession of grand fathered weapons. That info is right there in the article.
The provisions to add more weapons to the list are described in detail. In the article.
You admit you don’t have information about the “government officials”, who or what they are.
You then proceed to accuse her of including a provision that exempts “government officials like her” so she can purchase “these dangerous weapons”.
In other words you lied to make a point, a point you failed to see was already embarrassingly clear and 180 degrees from your statement.
Anyone who can legally buy a gun now can buy one of these later. Just not a new one.
Everyone knows that new gun smell sucks. After they have been fired and cleaned is when they reach their full bouquet.
That all being said (and proven) the obvious problem is YOU and those who pass on false, incorrect, or just good old plain made up shit into legitimate discussion. We have to take the time to prove you are lying instead of you coming in good faith for honest discussion.
You are a known liar on this board and I fact check everything you write. It’s like I have said many times. The vast majority of your posts have a lie in them, in one form or another.
But no one needs to hear that from me. They all know.

The bill excludes 2,258 legitimate hunting and sporting rifles and shotguns by specific make and model.
The legislation strengthens the 1994 Assault Weapons Ban and state bans by:

Prohibiting the sale or transfer of large-capacity ammunition feeding devices lawfully possessed on the date of enactment of the bill.
Allowing states and localities to use federal Byrne JAG grant funds to conduct a voluntary buy-back program for grandfathered assault weapons and large-capacity ammunition feeding devices.
Imposing a safe storage requirement for grandfathered firearms, to keep them away from prohibited persons.

So your response to me pointing out that you lie on a regular basis is "blah, blah, blah"?
If figures.
Stop and think about what it's like to listen/read the shit that comes out of you.
Oh if you only knew.
You are the only dog running for top liar. When people see your name in the running they concede or quit like sarah palin.
(Side note: Anybody who ever thought they were going to get some of that sarah ass or that it would be any good, Jim Belushi's memorable line from the movie, "Real Men" as he is secured in a leather harness while being whipped and spun in a gyroscopic devise describes the sarah experience. He cries out, "When is it going to be my turn?" The reply "This IS your turn!" says it all.
Well jd, this IS your turn. So blah, blah, blah, all the way home.

Logic! Yes, that little bugaboo. If this bill passes (and it won't) then it will be illegal to sell NEW weapons of that type but since every transaction will require government approval how long before that approval stops coming? You know it will happen. That is the difference between a right and a privilege. A right doesn't take permission. Then they can offer to buy back your weapon (which you can't sell) for a pittance of what it's worth. If you sell it anyway then you have committed a felony and you lose the right to own a gun completely. Want to try to argue that? Logic!

Make sure you contact your Senators and your re4presentativbe as well as as many as you can that are not and express your willingness to support those that kill this bill and that you will support those running against those that do.
Gun control laws do absolutely nothing to stop criminal activity and it has been proven over and over again.

God, guns, and country. The left can't touch that. It would burn them. So much more but it repudiates anything Eva has to say.
