OK, it has been discussed in another thread, so I just decided to start a new one.

I will take the task of putting together a M&G. I have a checklist though, feel free to add to it or ask any questions.

1. Everyone who wishes to attend must be verified through me. No ifs, ands, buts about it.

2. I will give out the location the day of the party and no one will be allowed through the door unless I have personally given them the location info.

3. I will ask that a few gents chip in to cover the cost of the hotel suite. The reason for a hotel suite is to ensure our privacy.

4. Myself and a couple other ladies will provide basic beer, cocktails and sodas. We will also provide basic snacks.

5. NO discussion of illegal activities will take place during the party. Yes, that means no scheduling dates.

6. If you wish to invite someone, please run it pass me and allow me to screen them.


I would like the M&G to take place during the week, late afternoon/early evening as the weekends are hard for most people to get out.

Let's start kicking around a date as Memorial Weekend will soon be upon us.

Sounds like a great idea and I , for one, like your idea of weekday afternoon/evening. That would certainly work best for me. That's assuming, of course, I'm considered verified...and invited?!?!?!

Never been to an MnG, but I'd definitely like to meet some of my Eccie friends. Sounds like a good time and a great way to meet the ladies and gents in a relaxed atmosphere. May is a crazy month though, lots of graduation parties and events. Would June be better, and give you more time to plan and get firm commitments? Just a thought

Ok, 3 guys and 3 girls so far, that should be good, sounds like we're full. Good job Elena, lol. I'll kick in something if I can make it. How do we get invited, pm you with screening info Elena? My first rodeo so I don't know the protocol.

There's no invitation for this, its for whoever wants to go. The most important thing is for you to get verified by me. Please send me your information as you would to a provider you're interested in visiting.

If you have a P411 account, contact me through there and make sure you include your ECCIE handle.

If you have questions about what is needed for me to verify you, check out the following:

1. Your name
2. Your two provider references - their website, name, number, date of when you saw them, where you saw them (no address needed) and the name/number you used to contact them.
3. If you don't have references, contact me and we'll see if I can arrange a different verification for you.

Do not send me a PM saying, "you can contact so and so, she'll vouche for me. She's the last one I saw." I will disregard it and move on.


Also, please through out some dates that would work for you.
