A moving, breathing baby is not necessarily a "living" baby according to the legal team for admitted murderer Kermit Gosnell. Apparently Judge Minehart tends to agree. After 20 + years of murder the doctor is facing justice but the judge is starting to dismiss charges. The man has admitted to what he has done but he just debates when life begins. His is not completely outside the normal for many progressives who have publicly advocated post birth abortions.

Besides being unspeakable, for many media outlets it has also been unreportable.

I agree Timmy Boy - if only we had paid more money for his (the "doctor's") psychological issues to be treated by having oversight, if only we had paid more to educate women on the dangers of unprotected sex and resulting hardships of pregnancy, if we had spent more money on educating the fathers, given them jobs and free healthcare, a more just society, and had more government inspections from better paid and well pensioned government workers, then the SOB wouldn't have done this.

We need so much more government to stop evil people from doing bad things, but conservatives are too mean to give us their money.

P.S. I fully support abortion rights - it is horrible the way some people treat children - who are totally at the mercy of their parents, who have an almost absolute responsibility to take care of their own children no matter the hardship. They should give up cigarettes, fancy cars, drugs, and an extravagant lifestyle and sacrifice themselves for their children. Fucked up liberals let them off the hook, though.

And who has been making it harder to get abortions in Pennsylvania? What are the laws there? How long have the laws been that way?
