I thought I would start a new thread for our new contest, that I believe begins today.

Rules are!
1. Every Thursday I need weigh ins!
2. Picture has to be sent for verification!
If I do not have your Starting weigh in by this Friday, February 5th your Not in the contest!

Since ASPD went down I have not really been on line but have now started using this site and came across this thread.

I really want to thank everyone for the last contest. It really helped me.

I plan on joining the contest again. I probably will not win this time but it is a great motivation. I have not really lost any more weight since the contest ended and still have about 10 pounds to go.

I did have a great session with Laney Von. She was outstanding and I will post a review soon.

Dharma I look forward to meeting you.

For the rest of the guys in the last contest I do hope we can find some place to meet up. It would be great to see all of you.

Just to reiterate the rules gentlemen:

Rules are!
1. Weigh ins are due every Thursday! (next weigh-ins are due on Thursday, February 18th and every Thursday after that.)
2. Picture has to be sent for verification! Weigh-in verification must be emailed to aspdbl@yahoo.com.
3. The contest is for the most amount of weight lost.
4. Contest goes through Friday, August 6th. (Six months from the start date.)

I hope to see you at one of the socials but if I may not make it to one of them at the same time as you. I am entering this contest also but more as a self motivation thing rather than as a real possibility of winning again. I have not lost any additional weight since the contest ended. I am within 5-10 pounds of where I need to be and I am going to switch from doing a lot of cardio burning calories to weight training to build muscle so the weight loss may not happen but hopefully the overall fitness level will be better and I am focusing on body fat %.


Even though my chances of winning are slim to none, the fact that Kelly is offering a prize is great motivation. From the last contest, I had a great session with Laney Von and have been in contact with Dharma about setting up an appointment.

I have not seen anything in these posts about an entry fee but for the last one it was $20 per man. If there is an entry fee for this one, you could just pay my entry fee in addition to yours. If there is no entry fee for this one, then perhaps if we meet at a social you could pay me then. If we do not meet, then just donate the $20 to your favorite charity and perhaps PM what you charity you chose. My reward was in the weight loss and overall lifestyle change in how I was eating and exercising. Plus the session with Laney and the upcoming session with Dharma


Is there a list of the prizes being offered and are there going to be prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd?

Also, I would ask all of the guys participating to be appreciate all the effort that Missy the Minx is putting into this and get their weights sent in every week.
