Sugar daddy turned talent scout for newbies

I have been a sugar daddy for many years. I have noticed the change in the typical sugar daddy sites like seeking arrangement. These sites have now Blended with people that are looking for a long-term commitment on one extreme to those from the escorting sites on the other. I've also found that my preference has changed and I like getting to know several women fairly well. And I no longer prefer a monthly arrangement and prefer a p4p arrangement...
We all know that every female would like to have one sugar daddy and those days seem to be gone. But I do find that some of my friends are interested and more open to the idea of several selected gentlemen without being broadcast on a site like this. As in business we are all more comfortable with a referral to someone from someone we know and trust.
This is the Dilemma I find myself in. I find myself easily making friends and gaining Trust and being with them knowing I'm not going to be their one and only. I even explain this with great clarity to them.

I can't be the only person that enjoys this lifestyle but also enjoys helping another person with their goals.

So my question is how would y'all suggest my building a network of respectable men to refer high quality Talent that is focused on low frequency service.?

Almost all of the individuals I'm referring to have a regular job can be even the soccer mom type and not do this as their sole source of income but as a source to supplement and help move him forward in life. And of course they are all needing and wanting extreme secrecy and discretion.

I've done the SD/SB thing. Eventually they start acting like they are owed more and it turns me off and I find someone new.

Also, where is the supposed "extreme secrecy and discretion?" There are Other Reviews forums on this very board with men bragging about meeting sugar babies for multi-hour meets at less than the average local escorts' one hour rate.

Lena, you are spot on.

I don't blame a so-called 'sugar babies' casting a wide net these days, especially when the going rate is so low. Unless she stays with mom and dad, I don't see how 200-250 meets could sustain a livelihood.
